American outdoor brand Merrell has launched a new series of trail running shoes. The MTL series was incubated by Merrell’s cutting-edge design laboratory Merrell Testing Lab (MTL) at its headquarters in the United States. It combines innovative construction, pioneering technology and Mile’s 41 years of outdoor experience.
Among them, the MTL MQM 2-in-1 multi-function shoe combines hiking and off-road with a powerful hybrid to meet outdoor needs. Mesh upper and TPU upper, TPU waterproof case for extra protection, inner boot design, locking fit. The interior is lined with microfiber, and the 100% recycled mesh lining is lined with a removable PU insole. The midsole features a puncture resistant rock plate protection layer, and a lightweight high-resilience EVA foam midsole provides excellent stability and comfort. The outsole utilizes Vibram® MegaGrip® to provide optimal traction and wear resistance on wet and dry surfaces.
The
MTL LONG SKY 2 series color scheme is inspired by the intersection of sunset and sunset with natural water bodies. Reflective details on the upper enhance visibility and safety in dim light, and the FloatPro Foam™ midsole creates a lightweight and comfortable experience. The thickness of the sole from the heel to the forefoot is 23.5-19.5mm, the drop is 4.0mm, and the depth of the anti-slip teeth is 5.0mm.
In addition, Merrell also launched the MOAB SPEED GTX 1TRL series and the winter off-road THERMO ROGUE 3 MID GTX series. In the future, Merrell will continue to develop more products for trail running. For more details, please visit the brand’s official website to compare them.
